В роботі досліджувалася динаміка зміни інтенсивності фотолюмінесценції (ІФЛ) зразків поруватого кремнію (ПК), які під час їх старіння на повітрі зазнають дії лазерного опромінення (337 нм, 3.7 мВт). З'ясувалося, що під впливом УФ-опромінення ІФЛ швидко зростає і через кілька годин досягає "плато". Подальше опромінення призводить до спадання інтенсивності, що пояснюється ефектом втоми люмінесценції. В той же час для зразка, що не опромінювався, ІФЛ майже не змінюється за час експерименту. Виявилося, що на етапі початкового монотонного наростання ІФЛ після короткочасного (1-2 хвилини) припинення освітлення зразка лазером на кривій еволюції ІФЛ спостерігається аномалія у вигляді невеликого сплеску вниз, тоді як на ділянках монотонного спадання кривої ІФЛ ця аномалія являє собою сплеск угору. У випадку довготривалого (десятки годин) припинення освітлення аномалія була однотипною для всіх ділянок кривої ІФЛ. Описані результати пояснюються впливом двох конкурентних факторів: втоми люмінесценції та формування під дією світла нестабільних (молекулярних) хімічних зв'язків, які можуть перетворюватися на стабільні атомні.

Наведено результати розрахунків теоретичної межі напруження зсуву для ГЦК-металів Cu, Ni, Ag, Au, Pd, Pt з використанням "універсальних" емпіричних потенціалів міжатомної взаємодії типу зануреного атома. Показано, що ефекти граткової релаксації відіграють важливу роль у формуванні проміжних дефектних структур і призводять до значного зменшення відповідних значень теоретичної межі плинності. Обговорено ефекти "антиадіабатичного" впливу на граничну міцність матеріалів за умов високошвидкісного навантаження.

Досліджено особливості іонної агрегації, теплофізичних і динамічно-механічних характеристик поліуретанових іономерів нового типу, в яких, на відміну від традиційних іоновмістних поліуретанів, іонна функція притаманна гнучкому блоку. Показано, що дані системи характеризуються співіснуванням мікрофазової сегрегації гнучких і жорстких сегментів з характерною морфологією, що обумовлена сегрегацією іонних груп. Встановлено, що іонні агрегати розміщуються в міждоменних гнучколанцюгових прошарках. Така комбінована морфологія знаходить відображення у виникненні високотемпературного переходу склування, зумовленого наявністю ожорствлених під впливом іонних агрегатів гнучколанцюгових сегментів.

Використання гідродинамічно-активних полімерів за гемодинамічних патологій має великі перспективи. Мета дослідження - розробка науково-технічних основ застосування мікродобавок полімерів в кровоносних системах.

Синтезовано поліуретани нового типу з кислотними (або йонними) групами в їх гнучких (поліефірних) сегментах. Вивчено морфологію і частотні залежності їх провідності та діелектричної релаксації. Поліуретани з кислотними групами в ланцюгу характеризуються гомогенною морфологією при високому рівні протонної провідності. Відповідний йонвмісний полімер, йонні групи котрого агреговані в мультиплети, характеризується меншою кількістю носіїв зарядів і нижчим рівнем провідності. Для поліуретанів кислотної та йонної форми характерна наявність двох релаксаційних процесів (релаксація провідності й сегментальна релаксація), що характеризуються суттєвою різницею їх енергій активації.

За допомогою спектроскопії фотолюмінесценції (ФЛ) та ІЧ поглинання досліджено зміни, що відбуваються у процесі старіння травлених у HF зразків поруватого кремнію (ПК). Поведінка ФЛ травлених зразків залежить від тривалості попереднього експонування ПК на повітрі після анодування та, відповідно, початкового квантового виходу люмінесценції. Одержані результати пояснюються модифікацією структури ПК протягом травлення й окиснення зразків.

Рівняння статистичної фізики застосовано до числових аспектів енергетичного балансу біля фронту тріщини для випадку розколювання лужно-галоїдних монокристалів. Теоретично оцінено ймовірність утворення наночастинок у процесі динамічного руйнування.

З метою створення активних лазерних елементів із фосфатного ербієвого скла виготовлено та досліджено серію зразків із різними концентраціями сенсибілізувальних домішок іонів хрому. Виміряно їх спектральні, люмінесцентні та лазерні характеристики. Показано, що синтезовані стекла забезпечують достатньо високу ефективність генерації, яка досягала ~1,3 % у вільному режимі.

Purpose. To increase the spatial resolution of multispectral satellite images and prevent the spectral distortion in the local area. Methodology. Technology based on HSV-, ICA- and Wavelet-transforms involves the loading of primary different spatial resolution images of the same scene; conversion of primary images after the spectral correction to the HSV color space; wavelet decomposition of the resulting images; wavelet formation of the synthesized RGB-image in which the contribution of the corresponding low-frequency components of the image is taken into account by means of linear forms. Determination of their coefficients is formulated as an optimization problem under the criterion of maximizing the information characteristics, such as entropy. Then the following activities take place: a direct ICA-transform of the obtained RGB-image, replacement of the first ICA-component of the image by the primary panchromatic image, application of the inverse ICA-transform. The result is a synthetic multispectral image of high spatial resolution. Findings. The new technology based on HSV, ICA- and wavelet transforms has been developed to increase information content of aerospace multichannel images. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been tested on the eight-channel satellite Worldview-2 images. The results indicate that the synergistic processing of multichannel scanner data using the proposed information technology gives better results, and the synthesized image is more informative and details objects without color distortion. The resulting synthesized images are characterized by a great contrast and clarity on the boundaries of "the object of interest - the background". Originality. The already known methods to improve the quality of multichannel images, such as Gram - Schmidt process, Brovey transform, principal component analysis, independent component analysis, IHS-algorithm and others do not take into account the construction peculiarities of modern scanning devices, appropriate structures and data formats, which leads to colors distortion of the original image. In contrast to the above-mentioned methods, the proposed method allows to save the spectral information of original multi-channel images at higher spatial resolution. Furthermore, it is possible to avoid color distortion and achieve a more detailed digital image, especially in the areas where objects of interest are shaded. Practical value. Information technology can be used in the space image processing to increase the spatial resolution of multispectral satellite images. In addition, the use of the proposed technology can effectively carry out further recognition and real-time monitoring of the military equipment dislocation, construction of infrastructure facilities, etc.

It is proposed a dynamic classification model of software applications, that are part of business critical systems. Software applications were classified on the degree of access security. The information technology was developed, which identifies three classes of safety-critical software regarding applications access. This allows to hold a reengineering of user roles . Запропоновано модель динамічної класифікації програмних додатків, що входять до складу бізнес-критичної системи, за ступенем безпеки доступу. Розроблено інформаційну технологію, що дозволяє виділити три класи критичних з безпеки доступу програмних додатків з метою проведення реніжинірингу ролей користувачів. Розглянуто приклад застосування технології та оцінки її ефективності.

Предлагается модель динамической классификации программных приложений, входящих в состав бизнес-критической системы по степени безопасности доступа. Разработана информационная технология, позволяющая выделить три класса критичных по безопасности доступа программных приложений с целью проведения ренижиниринга ролей пользователей. Рассмотрен пример применения технологии и оценки ее эффективности.

Рассмотрен расчет изгибной деформации шихтованного сердечника статора турбогенератора. Выполнена оценка влияния склейки листов сердечника на его изгибную жесткость с учетом податливости изоляционного покрытия листов активной стали, значения усилия прессовки пакета на относительное перемещение листов. Определено влияние износа изоляционного слоя между листами шихтованного сердечника на его надежность. Сделаны выводы, как на основании полученных данных установить возможность продления срока эксплуатации турбогенераторов.

Purpose. To perform a quantitative estimation of the personal characteristics of managers of coal mine divisions and to develop a methods for increasing their readiness for trouble-free work. Methodology. A complex method of research with methods of mathematical modeling, system, factor, mathematical, and information analysis, mathematical statistics, probability theory, reliability theory, psychophysiology methods, engineering psychology with the use of statistical data on injuries and accidents. Findings. The dependence of the deviations on the regulatory decisions in a series of professional training on the specific number of experienced managers was established; an exponential dependence of the growth of professional knowledge of managers on the amount of information that received in the course of professional training was found; conditions under which managers' emergency actions approach to being automatic were defined. The criterion of professional readiness of a team of managers to control work in areas in an accident-free mode was proposed and substantiated. The criterion is directly proportional to their self-discipline when issuing directives to subordinates and in monitoring performance, vigilance in the analysis of situations and inversely proportional to blenching safety work breaches. A direct correlation between the frequency of accidents and the criteria of professional readiness of the team of managers to work without accidents was established. Originality. For the first time, the relationship between personal psychophysiological characteristics of managers, their work experience, age and incidence of injuries at the mine as a result of emergency situations was defined. Practical value. Methods for increasing the readiness of managers of coal mine sections for accident-free work according to the quantitative estimation of their personal characteristics were developed.

Розглянуто зрівняння як спосіб вираження суб'єктивно-оцінної модальності, що підкреслює особисте ставлення та емотивність до реципієнта та дійсності, підвищує естетичну цінність тексту. Досліджено компаративні конструкції, що вербалізують інтроспекції внутрішнього світу героя, підвищують увагу читача, відображають авторське світосприйняття. Розглянуто експресивну роль стилістичних художніх прийомів вихідної мови та способи передачі їх засобами мови перекладу, а також функціонування компаративних конструкцій у вибраних творах.

Purpose. To establish regularities of influence of miners' energy expenditure on coal mining efficiency. Methodology. Methods of mathematical modeling, mathematical analysis, reliability theory, biomechanical methods, mining, full-time and visual observations with the use of modern information systems, devices and computer systems were used. Findings. The regularities of change of miners' energy expenditure depending on the cutter-loader feed rate in the stope are established. The optimal speed of a miner's movement along the longwall face is determined by the criterion of energy expenditure per a meter of distance passed at different seam power. To assess the comfort of working conditions, it is proposed to use the factor of a miner's energy expenditure per ton of coal mined. It is established that the economy of a machinist's movement is inversely related to the energy consumptions per ton of coal mined, increases linearly with increase in the cutter-loader width and in quadratic dependence with increase in the cutter-loader feed rate. The efficiency of coal mining is determined by the economy of the miner's actions and the power consumptions of the cutter-loader, with increase in the cutter-loader feed rate the efficiency approaches the limit determined by the energy expenditure of miners. The regularities of change in the efficiency coefficient of miners are established when working with and without a respirator, depending on their age and qualifications; it was found that when working with a respirator, the productivity in the case of an experienced worker increases, whereas in the case of a young worker, productivity decreases. Originality. The regularities of coal mining efficiency relation to miners' energy expenditure, the speed feed rate and the width of the cutter-loader have been established for the first time, and limits on the longwall face productivity are determined. Practical value. A methodology has been developed for research on the energy expenditure of miners to determine the efficiency of coal mining and the professionalism of miners.

Розроблено оптимізаційну модель розподілу добового фонду часу окремого індивіда з використанням теорії граничної корисності. Використання запропонованого підходу дозволяє не тільки знаходити оптимальну тривалість робочого часу працівника, але і вирішувати протилежне завдання - встановлювати необхідний рівень оплати праці працівника з метою стимулювання його до інтенсивної праці протягом робочої доби. Запропонований підхід доцільно використовувати в процесі атестації робочих місць на підприємстві з метою виявлення можливих резервів підвищення ефективності використання трудових ресурсів.
